How to Purchase Another Email Mailbox¶
Gandi provides two classes of mailboxes:
Standard - Up to 10GB of storage
Premium - Up to 50 GB of storage.
You can additional email inboxes to your account at any time.
Warning
You must validate the email for your account before you can create additional mailboxes.
To buy additional mailboxes for a domain follow these steps:
Log in to your Gandi account.
Select “Domain” from the left menu.
Select the domain where you would like to add the new mailboxes.
Select the “Email” tab.
Select “Buy more” in the “Email” box.
Select the number of Standard and Premium mailboxes you want to buy.
Add the mailboxes to your account by selecting “Add to shopping cart.”
Once you have complete your order click “Checkout” in the top right corner and complete your order.
After you have completed your order the mailboxes will exist as a credit on your domain. You can then create an email address using this credit.
If you buy more mailboxes than you need you can release mailboxes and receive a refund for the remaining subscription period.
