How to Convert a Mailbox

In November 2023 free mailboxes will expire as we convert to our new MailBox service. You have the option of discontinuing your service or converting it to our new MailBox offer. You can learn more in our FAQ about the change.

To convert your mailbox follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Gandi account.

2. Select “Domains” in the left menu.

3. Select the domain associated with the email you wish to modify.

4. Select the “Email” tab.

5. Find the mailbox you want to convert in the list on the bottom of the page and click “Convert”.

6. Select either “Monthly Subscription” or “Yearly Subscription”. This will place the subscription in your shopping cart.

7. When you are ready to checkout, go to your shopping cart and complete your purchase.
