How to Release an Unused Email Mailbox

If you have purchased a mailbox (or multiple mailboxes) which you later had no use for, you can release the unused mailbox and receive a prorated refund for the remaining time on the mailbox subscription.

1. After logging in, click “Domain” in the left navigation menu.

2. Click on the domain with the unused email addresses.

3. Click on the “Email” tab.

4. Click on “Release unused” in the “Email” box.

5. Click the “+” and “-“buttons to specify the number of mailboxes you want to release.

6. Click on “Release”.

The refund will be credited to your prepaid account.
