How to Delete a Customer of a Gandi Reseller¶
It is possible to delete unused customer accounts. You can also learn how to release active customer accounts here. To delete an unused customer account, follow these steps:
Log in to your Gandi account.
Select “Organizations” from the left menu and select your reseller organization from the list.
On the organization overview select the “Customers” tab.
Find the customer you wish to delete in the list.
Click the three blue-green dots to the left of the customer.
Select “Delete” from the bottom of the list.
You will be asked for confirmation. Click “Confirm” to delete.
