Support For Reseller Customers¶
As part of the reseller agreement, a Gandi Reseller agrees to provide support for their own customers. A customer of a reseller who contacts Gandi for support will be directed to the reseller for help with their question. Gandi cannot know the details of the arrangements between the reseller and its customers, and a support agent might accidentally cause problems while attempting to provide help. When the reseller needs to contact Gandi for additional support with a difficult problem, they have access to a special level of support only available for resellers. By working directly with the reseller, the customer can receive the most accurate support in the quickest time frame possible.
