Interactive Migration Help: Having Trouble Logging In?

If you didn’t sign in right after creating your account, lost your password, or the browser did not store the password as expected, you can use the “Forgot your username or password” link.

The "Forgot Username or Password" link is underneath the Log In button.

An email will automatically be sent to you with your username and a link to reset the password.

Tips for a New Password

  • Use different numbers, unusual letters, or special characters in the place of the expected characters in a word. Or, you can also mix lower case and upper case.

  • If your password is complicated copy it and paste it into a secure text file so that you can copy and paste it next time you log in.

  • Use a secure password manager to store your passwords securely.
