What does “Reject for policy reason. RULE1_1” mean?

A virus or malware was detected. Please clean and secure your system. If you continue to have problems, please contact our support team. When contacting support, please provide:

  • The sender’s email address

  • The recipient’s email address address

  • The date and time of sending

  • The subject of the message
