A virus or malware was detected. Please clean and secure your system. If you continue to have problems, please contact our support team. When contacting support, please provide:
- The sender’s email address
- The recipient’s email address address
- The date and time of sending
- The subject of the message
After contacting support, they may also ask you to provide a copy of your email as an .eml file. You can read how to download a copy of your email on our email FAQ page.
