Forgotten Username or Password¶
If you forgot your username or password you can click on “Forgot Username or Password?” on the login page to reset your password. You will be asked to provide an email address. We will then send an email containing your username and a link to reset your password to that email.
To reset your password you must use the security email associated with your account. To read more about your security email please go here.
Missing Password Reset Email¶
If you have sent a password reset and not received an email you may not be using the correct email associated with the account. Visit our email documentation to learn about the different emails used at Gandi. For legal and security reasons, we can only send a password reset to the security email associated with your account.
If you have forgotten the email address attached to your account please see our instructions for changing the email on your account when you don’t have your password.
