Invalid Token Error

Clicking on an old password reset link will show the error: “Invalid Token. You might have already used this link or mistyped it.” If you see this same error after multiple new password reset requests there are a few things you can try.

Each token is only valid for one use. If you have received multiple password reset emails make sure you always click the link in the latest email.

It is also possible that you have cookies or session information stored in your browser that is causing the problem. You can trying copying the link into a private browser session to see if the problem is resolved.

Some email clients have a safety feature that checks any links in an email for safety and then creates an alternate link to present to you. The process of creating this link uses up the single use of the token and will give the invalid token error. If your email has this service you should temporarily turn off the link protection feature. Or, if your email address is hosted by Gandi, you can check your email using one of our webmail services.
