Classic Versus New Gandi Login¶
In 2018 Gandi upgraded our website to a new and improved version, which we call Gandi v5. Because this upgrade made some fundamental changes to how we handle accounts, the two logins are not interchangeable. Please make sure you are using the appropriate login name for the version of the site you are attempting to use.
Please make sure you are using the correct password. If you have changed the password in the old version of our website, the new login’s password will not be changed. Likewise, changing the password in the new website (Gandi v5) will not change the password in our old (v4) website. If you need your password reset you will need to submit that request within the version of the website you wish to change.
If you have not yet migrated your account from the older version (v4) of our website to the new version (v5), please read our interactive migration guide. We highly encourage you to migrate your account if you have not yet done so.
If you have migrated your account but don’t remember your new login for v5 you can submit a reset at this form. The email you receive will include the username associated with your account.
