Can I get an export of my list of domains?¶
Yes, you can export your list of domains as a .CSV file. To do this:
After logging in, click “Domain” in the left navigation menu.
Click the “Advanced View” button next to the search bar. If the “Advanced View” button is dark blue you are in advanced view.
Click on the gear icon on the right of the table’s header.
Select “Export to CSV.
You can then choose to open or save the csv file. This file contains all the administrative information about each domain name displayed in your list of domains.
Help! I can’t find my domain name.¶
There are several reasons you might not be able to find a domain name in your account.
You may have set the domain to lapse, which will hide the domain from the main list. You can check if the domain shows up by filtering for domains set to lapse.
If you just finished an owner change or transfer of a domain to Gandi, but cannot see your domain name in your list of domains, this is most likely because you did not yet accept the invitation email. This step is important because it tells us what account you will use to view and manage the domain.
Please check the inbox of the email address used for the domain’s owner for a mail that has a subject starting with: “Invitation to manage” and follow the instructions. After you complete this step, you will see your domain name.
If you manage the domain through an organization, your permission to view and manage the domain may have been revoked. To solve this problem have someone with ownership rights to the domain restore your permissions.
