How to Increase the CPU Cores and RAM on Your Cloud Server

To increase or decrease the quantity of CPU cores and/or RAM attached to the server:

1. After logging into your account, find the desired server in the “Cloud” section of your account.

2. In the box that lists your cores and RAM, click “Modify.”

3. Use the form to add (+) or remove (-) the quantity of either resource as desired.

4. Click “Modify” (or “Restart & Modify” for RAM changes) on the bottom of the page when you are done.

You will see the cost/month of the server adjusted to new setting on the page change in real time to match the new resources.

Warning

You will need to reboot your server before any RAM changes take effect on your server.
