As a Content Host¶
Depending on the location of the server where your server is hosted, you must ensure that you comply with the provisions of the applicable law, particularly concerning the host’s mandatory identification information. Read the applicable laws below.
If you choose to host your Cloud Server in France: Article 6.III of the Law on Trust in the Digital Economy
If you choose to host you Cloud Server in Luxembourg: Article 5 of the Law of 14 August 2000 on electronic commerce
As a Content Editor¶
If you publish an online public communication service as a professional, you must make available to third parties the contact details (name, first names, company name, contact address) of the persons responsible for publishing the content hosted on your website.
If you publish an online public communication service on a non-professional basis, you may choose to remain anonymous. To comply, you must make available to GANDI only your name, company/organisation name, and address. This information is covered by professional secrecy and will not be made public.
