Renewing your SSL Certificate

For security reasons it will be necessary to generate a new CSR for renewal. You will not be able to use the previously used CSR (which also implies a private key change).

You must renew your SSL certificate before it’s expiration date. It is not possible to renew a certificate after its expiration.

Note that the renewal takes effect starting from the current expiration date. You do not need to worry about losing the remaining time on your current certificate by renewing early. An SSL certificate can be renewed up to 60 days before its expiration date.

To renew a certificate, log in to your account and click “SSL Certificates” in the left menu bar. Click on the name of the certificate concerned to bring up the page for that certificate. Click “Renew” on the bottom of the page.
