How to Update Domain Contacts via API

state

The value that you enter for “state” must correspond to the UN LOCODE that you can get from https://github.com/datasets/un-locode with a hyphen between the country code and the subdivision code.

For example, to create an owner contact with an address in the state of Minnesota, USA the state value would be “US-MN”.

The following are exceptions to this rule:

France

Please note that les DOM are handled as “state” values, with the country being France (fr).
