Validation Email Management¶
From your „Manage Customers“ page, you have the possibility of viewing and resending the ICANN validation emails that are required for the customers to be the owner of GTLD domain names.
To do this, click on the icon on the right (the three vertical dots) of the contact for which you need to validate the email address.
Next, click Resend Verification Emails to call up the page where these are managed for this customer.
In the event that you see that the email verification has FAILED, or if you customer wants you to resend the mail so they can validate, click „Resend Emails“ at the bottom of the page.
