How to select multiple messages

To select multiple messages on your SOGo webmail interface:

1. click on the icon (that looks like a person’s head and shoulders) which is next to the left of the messages,

2. they will then be replaced with checkboxes.

3. Select the desired messages,

4. finally, click on the icon on the upper-right hand corner to choose the action that you want to perform.
