Renewal reminders sent by Gandi

Renewal reminders are sent to customers by Gandi according to the following schedule.

For all domains:

• 2 months before the expiration date (only to the billing contact)

• 1 month before the expiration date (only to the billing contact)

• 15 days before the expiration date (to the owner and the billing contact)

• The day of the expiration (to the owner and the billing contact)

• The day the domain is deleted at Gandi (to the owner and the billing contact)

However, in the event that a domain is managed by a reseller, reminders are sent only to the reseller in charge of the administration of the domain.

For domains with extensions regulated by ICANN

In addition to the above mails the owner contact of the domain receives:

• 1 reminder 1 month prior to expiration

• 1 reminder 7 days prior to expiration

• 1 reminder 1 day after expiration

This also includes domains managed by a reseller.
