As a Gandi reseller, you have full control over the management of your customers, directly from our website.
You can view their products, manage their email validations, as well as account management operations such as editing, releasing, and deleting their accounts.
The starting place for all this is your “Customer managagement” interface.
To get there, first log into Gandi, then:
- Click on “Organizations” that you see on the navigation menu on the left,
- Find the reseller organization that manages your customers, and click on “Manage”,
- Choose “Customers” that you see in the navigation menu on the left.
This will then bring up the list of your customers.
