Renew an instance

Automatic Renewal (recommended)

For automatic renewals to succeed, your account must meet at least one of these two prerequisites :

• The prepaid account has sufficient funds to cover the cost of the renewal, or

• A credit card has been added to your account (Billing -> Payment methods)

To activate automatic renewals for your Simple Hosting instance, navigate to the Overview tab on your instance’s Management page, and click on the „Activate automatic renewal“ button.

You can deactivate automatic renewals at any time by clicking on the „Deactivate automatic renewal“ button on the same page.

Bemerkung

The subscription duration used for the automatic renewal is determined by the duration selected during your last manual renewal.

Manual Renewal

To manually renew your Simple Hosting instance, navigate to the Overview tab on your instance’s Management page, and click on the Renew button.

On the subsequent pages you’ll confirm the invoicing details, renewal duration, and payment method.
