Using Permissions¶
When you create a team within an organization, you attribute a set of permissoins to that team. These permissions allow the members of that team to see and/or perform a limited set of actions on the products owned by its organization.

Accessing a Team’s permissions¶
To view/edit the permissions granted to a team:
After logging on, click on “Organizations” in the menu on the left.
Select the organization that the team belongs to.
Scroll down, and click on “Manage your teams”.
Select the team in question, and you will see the „Team Overview“ page.
Click „Permissions“.

Modify billing options |
Add a payments means and modify the organization’s billing options. |
Bill the organization |
Generate invoices for this organization. The does not mean the user can use the organization’s saved payment methods. |
Payment Options |

Pay using prepaid account |
Orders paid with this prepaid account will be billed to the organization. |
Pay using the saved credit card |
Orders paid with the saved credit card will be billed to the organization. |
Allow deferred payments |
Users with this permission will be able to order products without having to pay at the time order. These products wil be added to the organization’s monthly invoice. |
Domain |

Create domains and edit domain information. |
Manage DNS configuration |
Manage nameservers, DNS records, glue records, DNSSEC, and web forwarding for domain names. |
Technical permissions on domains |
Manage nameservers, DNS records, glue records, email accounts, and web forwarding for domain names. |

Buy and renew domain names. |
Manage incoming domain transfers |
Initiate an incoming transfer, update authinfo, view status |
Authorize changing the owner of products |
