Activate your account in v5

Gandi v5 introduces several new features, such as the possibility to manage the products under many handles with the same login and password, or to allow teams with different permissions to manage domains, certificates, and hosting products.

To make this possible, it is necessary to go through a couple of steps we call „Account Activation“.

The first time you are going to log into our new website (Gandi v5) with you handle, you will be asked to activate your account on the new platform. To do this, follow the instructions on the screen, but note that the process is slightly different if:

• your classic Gandi handle is in your name as a person

• your classic Gandi handle is in the name of a company/association/public body

Tipp

After you activate your account, you will then always log into our new website using the new username and password that you chose during the activation process.
